The AI-Powered Employee Experience: Learn What's Now Possible for Your Frontline
See how AI is finally transforming the daily experience of frontline employees — and map honestly where your organisation stands.
Wednesday 20th May 2026, 9.00 - 12.00 + lunch
Dansk Arkitektur Center. Copenhagen
This event is sponsored by:

Since employee experience emerged as a discipline, it has been a story told mostly about office workers, and the digital channels built to reach them.
AI changes this. The modern frontline intranet, accessible from any phone, in any language, finally makes things possible that simply weren't before, and it's opening up a much wider range of what the daily experience of a frontline employee can look like.
This workshop is a chance to see what's now possible, map honestly where your own organisation stands, and discuss how our role in internal communications, the digital workplace or HR shift as a consequence of this development.
What you'll learn
See what's now possible
A working tour of how AI is transforming the daily life of frontline employees in 2026, organised around two distinct sets of questions:
How do we reach the whole workforce, serve them once we've reached them, and understand what's happening across them?
What memorable, personal moments can the same channel now make possible at frontline scale?
Run a Reality Check on your own organisation
We walk you through 12 real-life scenarios, all things that can now run through a modern frontline channel. For each, you think honestly about how your current setup would handle it, and where the gaps actually are:
Compare notes with the room
We pool the findings to see where your organisations stand today on both layers and discuss what's working, what should be improved, and brainstorm on where you should be placing your bets on AI.
Lunch
Enjoy some delicious food throughout the workshop! Full belly, happy heart! 💙

Frequently Asked Questions
Who should attend?
Senior leaders responsible for employee experience, internal communications, or the digital workplace. Typical attendees include CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of Internal Communications, Communication Managers, Digital Workplace leads, and engagement managers, particularly at organisations with a significant frontline or deskless workforce.
Why focus on the frontline experience specifically?
Because it is where employee experience has had its longest-running gap, and where AI is now making the biggest difference.
A significant share of most workforces, factory floor, night shifts, deskless, without corporate email, has historically had a daily experience of the company that's meaningfully worse than their office colleagues. AI is the first technology that changes that.
Do I need to know anything about AI to attend?
No. The workshop is built for senior business audiences, not engineers. You don't need to understand how AI works under the hood, you need to be curious about what it changes for the experience your organisation creates for its employees.
What does "AI-powered employee experience" actually mean?
It means using current AI capabilities to do things for employees that weren't possible 18 months ago: personal AI agents that serve frontline workers without corporate devices, hyperpersonalised content that adapts to each employee, internal apps built without a developer queue, and an insights layer that turns experience data into recurring intelligence for leadership. The workshop walks through each of these in concrete, working form.
What is the Reality Check?
The Reality Check is the diagnostic part of the workshop. It is a structured set of 12 real-life scenarios. For example, an emergency that needs to reach every employee in 10 minutes, or a CEO asking with 48 hours notice what frontline workers are worried about, that participants think through honestly to identify where their current setup falls short. Scenarios are organised around three questions: reach, serve, understand.
What role does Staffbase play in the workshop?
Staffbase is the sponsor. There is a live demonstration of Staffbase as part of the program, placed after the Reality Check so the demo responds to the gaps the room actually surfaces. The other parts of the workshops are vendor-neutral and focused on the broader question of what AI is changing for frontline employee experience.
How many people will attend?
The workshop is capped at max 20 participants to keep it interactive and conversational. Expect a room of senior peers from Nordic organisations across industries.
Where is the workshop held?
At Dansk Arkitektur Center (BLOX), Bryghuspladsen 10, 1473 København K, Copenhagen. The venue is centrally located, walking distance from Copenhagen Central Station.
