And yet for a significant part of the workforce -people on the factory floor, on night shifts, without a corporate email address - the message often doesn’t arrive in the way it was intended.

Or at all. It’s rarely anyone’s fault. It’s usually a sign that the infrastructure was designed with office-based employees in mind, and hasn’t caught up with everyone else.

This is a 4-hour working session - hands on, live in the room - structured around testing your current communication setup against the scenarios your frontline employees actually face.

We open with the data. A short, sharp look at why the “sending = communicating” assumption is costing organisations time, money, and talent — and why frontline disconnection is an operational failure, not a cultural one. The numbers make that case better than any slide deck.

The Disconnect Audit

You will test your Intranet on real-life scenarios: an emergency that needs to reach every employee within 10 minutes, a safety policy requiring documented sign-off from people without corporate email, a night shift that needs briefing with no manager in the chain. For each scenario, you’ll work through a set of diagnostic questions and score your own setup on how well it would actually perform. Together with peers in the room, you will discuss and share knowledge about what good looks like.

With your gaps mapped, we show you what solving them actually looks like. A practical demonstration of how Staffbase and AI tackle the specific challenges your audit surfaces: information overload, frontline workers who never see a corporate device, complexity that creates friction at every step.
